1. Who May Use Yibbles

You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these Terms. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it current.

2. Entertainment Service

Yibbles is a social entertainment service for discovering and interacting with digital creatures. Their personalities, stories, images, and community moments are made for fun and creative participation.

Automated content can be incomplete, unexpected, or inaccurate. Do not treat it as a substitute for professional guidance or as a statement of fact.

3. Your Account and Conduct

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Do not impersonate others, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use Yibbles to harass, exploit, or harm another person.

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms, applicable law, or the safety of the community has been violated.

4. Community Content

You remain responsible for material you submit. By submitting material, you give Yibbles permission to host, display, and use it only as needed to operate, improve, and promote the service. Do not submit material that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive.

5. Service Availability

We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. The service is provided as is and as available, without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yibbles and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

7. Disputes and Governing Law

Contact legal@yibbles.com first so we can try to resolve a dispute informally. If we cannot resolve it, disputes will be handled through individual binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules in Delaware, unless applicable law requires another process. These Terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding conflict-of-laws rules.

8. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here or communicated through the service before they take effect. Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@yibbles.com.
